With seven convenient walk-in clinics serving New Orleans, Kenner, Chalmette, Elmwood, and the Westbank, care is always close by. We’re open every day, including weekends and most holidays. All locations offer the same extended hours, so you can count on consistent, convenient care wherever you go.
Monday-Friday: 8:00 am-8:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 am-5:00 pm
We provide care for patients as young as three months old. Whether you’re dealing with a cold or flu, minor cuts and burns, sprains, infections, allergies, or other non-emergency concerns that just can’t wait, we’re ready when you are. With Save Your Spot, you can choose an arrival time that works for you and complete your eCheck-in before you arrive. If you prefer to stay home, virtual care connects you with a provider for many common conditions.
You can also manage your care through the MyChart Patient Portal, where you can view test results, track visits, and stay connected to your health information.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your health journey, our Medical Weight Loss program is here to support you. With semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, plus personalized guidance from experienced providers, you’ll have the tools to see real progress. Monthly check-ins and vital monitoring keep you on track, and with medication shipped directly to your door, care has never been more convenient.
We also provide Occupational Health services to support local businesses. Services include work injury treatment, drug and alcohol testing, TB testing, and physical exams such as DOT, non-DOT, return-to-work, and fit-for-duty.
