    Urgent care provides no-appointment, walk-in care for injuries and illnesses that would be considered a medical emergency.   • What is MyChart?
    With the LCMC Health MyChart patient portal, staying connected to your health has never been easier. Our online portal offers you a simple way to manage your health care. MyChart is secure and available 24/7 from your phone, tablet or computer. You can use it to view upcoming visits, request refills, print immunization records, see test results, and pay your bill.
  • Who will my provider be?
    When you walk into an LCMC Health Urgent Care clinic, you will receive care from a best-in-class clinician who is part of the clinical network of our trusted health system partner, LCMC Health Our providers include physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. They work as a regional team, which can include real-time consults.
  • What insurance does LCMC Health Urgent Care take?
    We accept most major insurance plans and are always adding more. Please visit our Insurances Accepted page for a complete list of our insurances.
  • How much will my visit cost if I don’t have insurance?
    We offer an affordable flat-fee for self-pay patients! Prices include:
    $75 covers non-provider visits for x-ray or in-house lab orders only
    $170 covers most services* during a provider visit

  • Do I need to make an appointment?
    No, we are a walk-in facility. LCMC Health Urgent Care is here, providing professional treatment without appointments or lengthy waiting. However, we do have a paperless check-in option if you prefer an online check-in experience.
  • Can I bring my children to LCMC Health Urgent Care?
    Yes, we accept patients 3 months of age and older.
  • What is a Virtual Care visit?
    Experience the convenience of Virtual Care visits, where our healthcare providers can evaluate, diagnose, and treat you remotely using advanced telecommunications technology. Enjoy the same high-quality care as an in-person visit, all from your home computer or mobile device. Available for ages 12 and up for most symptoms and conditions.
